‘Judwaa 2’ first look: Varun recreates Salman’s magic

TIL Desk Bollywood/ Varun Dhawan has brought modern version of superstar Salman Khan’s double role Prem and Raja from “Judwaa” as the actor unveiled his first look of the 1997 hit comedy’s reboot. The “Badlapur” star chose to unveil the poster of “Judwaa 2” on February 7 as the Salman Khan starrer had exactly released two decades ago on the same day.

Varun along with his father David Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala have teamed up for the remake of the classic comedy, where Varun will take on the role be seen playing a double role. Taking to Twitter, Varun shared the first look featuring him in six-pack abs and long hair.

“Exclusive #Judwaa2 sept29. Raja and Prem.@taapsee @Asli_Jacqueline @NGEMovies.#firstlook.whose your pick,” Varun captioned the poster. Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu will play the female leads in the reboot while Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor will make a special appearance.

Taapsee also expressed her excitement by tweeting, “Prem and Raja are back! Super excited! #Judwaa2 releasing on Sept29 @varun_dvn @NGEMovies #sajidnadiadwala #daviddhawan.
